Prosci® Enterprise Change Management Boot Camp

A one-day interactive workshop designed to deliver the right tools to institutionalize Change Management practices, processes, capabilities and competencies. The workshop is delivered in two ways: classroom and online using the VILT mode (Virtual Instructor-Led Training).

Why this Program?

If Change Management is like building a house, ECM can be like designing a whole subdivision: it is complex and challenging but exciting. You and your team will build the strategy to embed Change Management as one of the core capabilities in your organization.

This Boot Camp will help you grow the change maturity of your organization, and help you define useful techniques to build a coalition among sponsors.

It will also clarify the drivers that lead to a Charter, institutionalizing Change Management in your organization.

This program is a logical extension to the typical results of a Strategic Alignment Workshop.

Where a Strategic Alignment Workshop helps the C-suite align the organisation's strategy with its Change Capability, this program can translate the decisions taken in the workshop into the structuring of a project charter, change management plan with actions and other aspects that a typical project of change would require.

Who is it for?

  • Change Management enterprise deployment leaders (better with a small team from the organization)
  • Change leaders or teams who are responsible for building change capability within their team or division
  • Leaders responsible for organizational strategy, developing an HR Change Management strategy, delivering sustainable change through technology, directing Change Management or Change Management practice, Centers of Excellence or Communities of Practice
