Prosci® Train the Trainer program — Level 2

If you're ready to build on your learning from Train-the-Trainer Program Level 1, this program is for you. Level 2 is a two-day program,enabling you to facilitate the Change Management Practitioner Program and Change Management Sponsor Briefing.The workshop is delivered in two ways: classroom and online using the VILT mode (Virtual Instructor-Led Training).

In addition to the Prosci® training program that you are already delivering you will be able to offer the Certification program and the Executive Sponsor Briefing.

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioners who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their organizations. Prosci’s Train-the-Trainer program is not designed for consultants or employees from consulting companies.
