Pre-requisites

Delegates must be or intend to be practicing change agents/analysts/managers and are already involved in a project/s that will affect change in their organization. Course pre-work will be set and needs to be completed and submitted prior to attending the group session. After the group sessions participants will be required to complete an assignment, which forms part of the learning experience. Participants need to assign some time to completing both pre and post group session work.

Terms and Conditions in short

Cancellations are not allowed – substitutions are permitted.
Delegates who wish to reschedule their booking do so not less than 15 days before the original course date, or be liable for an administration fee equal to 50% of the total course fee.
Non-attendance will result in the client being liable for full payment of the course fee.
and Change reserves the right to postpone classes. Liability is limited to the return of the registration fee paid.
