Prosci® Train the Trainer program

A four-day intensive program to bring an effective Change Management learning experience within your organization, using Prosci®’s programs, tools and methodologies.

Why this program?

With the Train-the-Trainer program you will learn how to coach your team in-house. You will be able to deliver Prosci®’s five training programs including the certification program, and how to adapt the methodology to your organization’s culture, with the support of Prosci®’s research-based best practices.

You will be able to coach and mentor change agents and improve the organization’s overall change-readiness.

  • Experienced, communication-savvy change practitioners that are ready to share their expertise
  • Change practitioners who are ready to start deploying Change Management training throughout the organization

Course pre-requisites

Practitioners who have attended and successfully completed the Prosci® Change Management Certification Program in the last 24 months.

Internal delivery requirements and purchasing materials

Upon completion of Train-the-Trainer course, you must facilitate your first Prosci® program at your organization, training any of the five programs covered during the four-day workshop, in order for you to receive your TTT Certificate.

The training materials and participant handouts for each program you facilitate must be purchased either as individual sets as individual sets or though an enterprise licence, contact us to learn more.
